1、负责根据公司战略发展需求，制定电商平台的销售目标，并对其进行任务分解和营销策略制定；

2、负责制订年度、季度、月度的整体店铺营销运营规划并执行；

3、负责与其他支持部门良好的沟通协调工作，整合、充分利用资源，带领团队完成销售任务；

4、依据公司目标、市场特性和成本及利润的考虑,来发展和评估销售或推广策略;

5、紧密跟进平台推广节奏，制定并提报各档期活动计划、选品、备货和执行落地；

6、根据周、月数据进行分析总结,制定出相关的运营策略                                                               

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历，3年以上电商管理经验，5年以上电商销售经验；
2、有责任心，独立带领过销售团队，能承受较大的工作压力，执行力强；
3、具有良好的分析业务及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；
4、具有优秀的营销策划及全局掌控能力，熟悉各大电商操作模式和流程；
5、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
6、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
7、有团队协作精神，善于挑战。
