主要职责范围：

1.负责所在区域内维修服务要求，确保顾客满意

2.经销商等出技术支持

3.设置标准回复系统用于紧急服务调用

4.对公司内部销售和市场团队提供支持。包括演示机器维修，现场维修。

5.服务管理，对于直接团队和分销商进行管理和评估

6.督促售后服务部门销售的收入

具备条件：

1.4年以上直接售后维修经验及1年以上管理经验

2.丰富的机械和电气知识

3.技术知识和熟练的故障诊断，维修机械系统，液压系统 电气系统及引擎

4.能够熟练安全的使用维修工具

5.能够了解并填写与维修相关的文档文件

6.能够在所在区域的团队内管理好费用

7.良好的口头表达及沟通能力

8.理解客户服务的价值

9.基本库存管理技能

10.良好的估算能力

11.能够制定切实可行的方案并在所属区域内有效的管理和调度

12.良好的组织能力

要求：

1.专科及以上学历

2.具备驾驶证

3.在售后服务 领域有5年及以上直接面对客户的经验

4.二年机以上培训学校故障诊断 维修机械 电气 液压学习经历或者4年以上汽车维修经验

Be responsible all service requests in the region, leverage resources to gurantee that all strategic customer can be satisfied with the company.
Technical support to the distributor or external service team,
Set up standard respond system for emergency service call.
Provide internal support to sales and market team, include demo machine reapir, semair onsite support
Service management; Manage and evaluate service capacity for both direct team and distributors.
Prompt after market sales to drive the revenue


Strong mechanical and electrical background
Technically knowledgeable and skilled in the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines.
Ability to safely use hand and power shop tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
Ability to understand and fill out service-related documents and paperwork.
Ability to understand and manage expenses within his/her service operation.
Good verbal communication skills.
Understand customer service values.
Basic inventory management skills.



High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license plus meet Tennant Company driving policy requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
Five years of experience working in direct contact with customers on servicerelated activities.
Two years of experience as a Tennant Company Field Service Representative.
OR Two years of technical school training in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, plus two years of experience repairing mobile equipment (forklifts, small engine repair, construction equipment, or automobiles).
OR Four years of experience repairing mobile equipment. Repair experience is defined as diagnosing and troubleshooting problems on mobile equipment that has been used, allowing for the wear factors on equipment.


？ Good estimating skills.
？ Ability to lay out realistic plans and use them to effectively manage their service territory, scheduling service work.
