职位描述
岗位职责：
1.项目投标估价，项目成本控制，项目进度控制；
2.能够独立进行项目投标预算、成本测算；
3.参与项目投标文件制订、预算及成本分析；
4.参与项目执行、项目进行期间跟踪；
5.负责项目收付款，项目决算，分析成本结构并编订项目成本报告；
6.负责项目合约的制订、执行及跟踪；
7.协助项目经理及公司进行客户维护及跟踪。
任职要求：
1、熟悉施工工艺、建筑市场行情、施工现场，掌握装饰项目清单报价及定额报价；
2、具有装饰装修概预算编制、投标、结算、预算审核经验；
3、有较强的成本控制能力和工作责任心，良好的沟通技巧和协调能力；
4、工程造价专业大专以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验。
