职位描述

·         Recruiting:

o    Manage and handle the full recruiting process for assigned positions

o    Discuss position requirements and progress updates with Hiring Managers and HR Manager

o    Post job advertisements on job sites and social media

o    Search and identify candidates through direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, network, social media platforms etc.

o    Conduct phone screening or face to face interviews, schedule interviews for hiring Managers and manage offer processes

o    Manage and work with recruitment agencies to meet recruiting deadlines

o    Give recommendations to Hiring Managers and HR Manager on candidate pool and market feedback.

·         Staffing:

o    Be in change of the life cycle of employees from on boarding to exit, to ensure the staff engagement is conducted in effective and consistent way and responsible for implementation.

o    Overall manage the documentation requirements of new comers (incl. onboaring package collection/ P-file) and leaving associates

o    Cooperate wiz FESCO and act as a consulting window to the employees on any of the HR related issue, providing professional support on the concerns relative to the company policy, HR laws and regulation

o    Support the staffing activities and projects

·         Operation:

o    Execute standard operation and ensure data accuracy in HR related systems following HR Ops guidance and Policy such as database maintain, sysem update and clean up.

o    File management, incl,  report maintain and update by month, contract renew and filing, P-File sort-out

·         Project:

o    Assistant to HR Manager on various project implementation, covering C&B, training, employee development, retention and global affaris.


Requirements:

·         Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field     

·         At least 1-2 years experience on recruitment in international company

·         Excellent communication skills and teamwork

·         Good interpersonal skill and people assessment skill

·         Reliable, initiative, passionate, fast, and hardworking

·         Careful, responsible, upright, honest, steadfast

·         Fluent English communication both in verbal and written
