ROLE PURPOSE

The role of the China E-commerce Assistant should be a quick-learner and passionate to work in the EC industry with potential for future assistant account manager role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support on routine work for information translation, file up product information, documentary and archiving;
2. On ground support customer service and deal with customer complaints through cross-functional communications to improve customer satisfaction level;
3. Assist in data analysis, reports, etc on weekly basis and provide constructive and fresh-minded proposals;
4. Assist in product selling points, page/store visual look & feel optimization for all channels;
5. Assist EC account manager to execute big campaign and product segment promotion in different channels;
6. Gather market trend, customer insight and consumer data to generate regular reports;
7. Assist in customer relationship management and develop new channels;
8. Other work as assigned from day-to-day work;

QUALIFICATIONS& REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor degree, 1-2 years FMCG Ecommerce related working experience in ecommerce is a plus

· Experience across Ecommerce /Trade / Channel management will be an advantage

· Result-oriented, with team work spirit and ability to deal with multi-tasks

· Self-motivated, responsive and tenacious & high degree of personal integrity;

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Good command of Mandarin and English
