Responsibilities:

· Responsible for LAN/WLAN product, solution management, architecture design, help customer understand business transformation to wireless broadband
· Communicate with global carriers or global customers to understand our product and solution, collect their strategy and requirements in the business development
· Design customer-oriented product solution and train customers
· Define/Manage wireless product /solution's roadmap and product marketing analysis and related product operations process
· Coordinate with teams to create and execute the product program plan
· Provide onsite technical support to the customers

Requirements:

· 5-10 years work experience in well-known telecom networking field, and able to configure router, switch, firewall, etc. network equipment
· Familiar with Network design, network implementation and support
· Familiar with Layer 2/3 switching, such as VLAN, STP, QinQ, and MPLS, Super VLAN and good at Routing protocols, like OSPF, RIPv2, VRRP/HSRP, etc
· Experiences with EtherIP, CAPWAP, IPSec tunneling protocols
· Understand WiFi system and related RF technology
· Strong knowledge in 802.11 and related WLAN protocols
· Strong troubleshooting networking skills and ability to solve problems in a timely manner
· Clearly understand OSI 7 Layers network model and other application protocols such as DHCP, DHCP relay, Radius, etc.
· Antenna technology (optional)
· Perform competitive analysis to assist product marketing team to set company development strategy
· Customer engagement and relationship development including business proposal generation and contact negotiation
· Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skill
· Willing to take responsibility and Self-motivation/self-management
· Ability to handle multi tasks with good execution skill
· Strongly writing and speaking in English and in Japanese (big plus)
· CCNP /CCIE is preferred
