About the role
Responsible for CRM operation management, from project implementation to daily operation monitoring and execution. Also, responsible for New Retail and eCommerce related tasks coordination and supporting.
What you'll do
- Plan, design and execute member campaigns,including but not limited to member engagement (both in store and digital),lucky draw, points, gift and offline events, etc.
- Omni-channel member acquisition
- Work with external partners, e.g., Ali and Tencent, on membership, IP, Advertisement, campaigns, etc.
- Work with internal team on new technology such as New Retail and Mini program
- Explorer other external partnerships in shopping mall/landlord, retail, cosmetics, kids & baby products, FMCG industries
Who you are
1)Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Knowledge of CRM, eCommerce and Database Marketing
- Basic knowledge of database
- Good strategy and process planning skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Vendor management and strong at problem solving
- Team work spirit
- Fluent in English is a must
2)Minimum Education Level
- Bachelor degree or above
3)Experience Required
- 8+ years of experience in CRM/eCommerce/marketing project management/consulting
