Job Description:
· Support the business strategy in the development of new business areas for SABIC and PC SBU to further diversify SABIC's product portfolio in collaboration with Corporate Strategy and Planning
· Lead the development of all gate deliverables required for project approvals and liaise with SBU Technology, Affiliates ,SBU Strategy, Business & Support, and other functions within PC SBU and SABIC to meet SABIC gating process requirements.
· Represent the PC SBU with E&PM for all project development activities ie VAR issues/concerns ,waivers and gating documentation.
· Lead the development of feasibility studies either internally with different functions within SABIC or with 3rd party consulting firms.
· Coordinate the project development activities and support business managers in all issues related to project/ business discussions.
· Support in developing various agreements relating to establishing the new businesses for the project, relating to marketing, licensing, , raw material , project services cost and JV agreements.
· Support Economic business support within the SBU as it progresses in the early stages
Monitor the project scope, time, and cost and report any improvement opportunities /concerns related.
Requirement
· 2 - 5 years' experience in petrochemicals , industrial environment and project and investment management
· University degree in an engineering discipline and project management
· Industrial management or equivalent post-graduate qualification from an internationally recognized business school
