Main objectives:

  

  

• Financial closing

  • Work with accounting team during the closing periods

  • perform monthly closing follow-up and explain P/L variances between budget and actual numbers.

  • prepare group reporting package (Magnitude, TM1)

  • release the overhead expenditure results to Other departments after closing

• Budget/Forecasting

  • Assist manager to prepare budget, re-estimate and 3-year plan

  • perform financial analysis on revenue, overheads, and depreciation expenditures based on reasonable assumption

  • upload the Budget, re-estimation and 3-year plan (Magnitude, TM1)

  • assist other departments to provide related information if needed (OTB, etc)

• Finance reporting

  • prepare and release all regular reporting for both Hermes China

  • prepare China ad-hoc reports / analysis.

  

Candidate profile

  

  

• Education: Bachelor’ degree in Accounting or Finance

• Technical Skills:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an organized accounting / finance department, within multinational environment (Multinational Group reporting in IFRS)

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Good knowledge of IFRS standards

  • Knowledge of SAP and TM1 is a plus

  • Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English, French is a plus

                  

• Personality profile:

  • Relevant experience in retail industry is preferable.

  • Rigorous with good analytical skills.

  • Organized, pro-active, reliable (respect of the deadlines).

  • Ability to adapt fast, work independently, autonomously

  • Good communication skills.
