Account Manager
EF Academic Partnerships
Location: Shanghai

Job Description:

Plan and execute university English training projects with strict deadlines and within budget.
Cooperate with academic team to conduct professional services to university partners.
Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the assigned projects.
Continuously improve sales efficiency to maximize revenue potential of the business.

Key responsibilities:

Establish and maintain sustainable long-term relationships with assigned university partners through frequent visits and regular meetings. Understand their pain points, decision making drivers, and opportunities.
Coordinate with Business Development team to achieve contract renew goals.
Keep track of contract payment collection and file sales tracking report.
Convey customer needs and feedback effectively to the academic team and EFAP central team.
Closely work with Directors of Studies and Senior Teachers to manage the quality control and administrative aspects of the project.
Communicate with university partners and Director of Studies to continuously improve teachers’ utility through course scheduling.
Organize class registers and exam files. Deal with student queries related to class attendance and exam scores.
File assigned teachers’ visa documents, track assigned teachers’ visa application process, and provide support for new teachers’ relocation.
Administrate assigned teachers’ monthly payroll report.
Design students’ satisfaction survey and create semester project report.
Manage the completion of ongoing trials and marketing activities that are consider relevant for the assigned accounts.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 3+ years of operation experience and 1+ B2B work experience preferred.
3. Experience of education, training, consulting or related areas preferred.
4. The ability of multitasking and work independently.
5. Fluent English and Mandarin.
6. Strong communication skills with people from different culture background
