1. Making production plan arrangement with production team, purchaser and master planner and follow up to W/O close.   
2. Smooth production plan and optimizing capacity utilization through CRP and MPS.       
3. Daily management WOD ratio with operation team and reaching the OTD/OTR target.       
4. Daily QAD operation.      
5. Maintain QAD item master data related to W/O for better using planning module.       
6. Manage material stock level in semi-finished product segments, reducing WIP inventory. 

1. Bachelor Degree with 2-3 years experience serving as planner in a manufactruing company.
2. Understanding of document systems in Manufacturing Environment.
3. Thorough knowledge of ERP systems.
4. Skills in organising and coordinating multiple activities.
5. Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
