1. Design and develop training programs pre business needs, such as NEO.

2. Implement the annual training programs as program manager

3. Deliver soft skill courses as trainer

4. Assist to collect and analyze training needs

5. Assist to establish internal trainer team and coach internal trainers

6. Collect and analyze training data, and track training effectiveness

7. Operate and manage e-learning platform

8. Assist training curriculum system improvement

9. Other job assignment from hiring manager

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years’ relevant training experience in MNCs

2. Passion for training and development with good interpersonal and communication skill

3. Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability

4. Good team player with proactive attitude

5. Fluent English both in oral and written

6. Experience of e-learning & m-learning is a strong plus.

7. Experience of internal trainer system development is a strong plus.
