语言治疗师 Speech therapis

职位描述：

言语治疗师是集医疗、教育及心理学等学科的综合技能性职业。香港及国外的言语治疗师要通过5年以上的理论及实践，才能取得专业资格。

言语治疗师致力于为个人、家庭，团体服务，会在认知、演讲、专注力、理解性表达、逻辑思维、吞咽、发音异常智障、听障等所有言语及语言障碍方面提供广泛的支持。

服务流程：初步筛选----评估与诊断----案例计划制定---治疗建议----提供辅导和其他跟进服务---阶段性评估及治疗。

经培训后能独立完成以下专业课程项目：

1、熟练操作儿童及成人的口部肌肉及发音训练、儿童智力及社交能力、专注力等专业课程项目。

2、完成各种儿童群体的言语能力评估及治疗

3、参与课程设计及教材教具准备

4、指导治疗师助理完成相应工作

5、准确书写治疗教案、及时整理及归档

6、配合治疗师课程主管完成疗效管理、家长培训等专业项目

职位要求：

临床医学、妇幼保健、预防医学、口腔医学、公共卫生、心理学、音乐教育及治疗、汉语言文学、师范、特殊教育等医学与教育相关专业学科。

有以下工作经验者优先考虑：

1、有医疗、康复、心理方面工作经验

2、脑瘫儿、自闭症等特殊儿童训练

3、幼儿园、小学、中学、大学等相关教育经验

具备基本能力：

1、有爱心、耐心、亲和力，喜爱儿童、善于沟通，能与儿童及家长建立良好的 互动及沟通； 2、口齿伶俐、声音甜美，普通话标准；

Aescription of job:

The speech therapist is a comprehensive skill profession in the fields of medicine, education and psychology. Speech therapists in Hong Kong and abroad must pass more than five years of theory and practice in order to obtain professional qualifications.

Speech therapists are committed to serving individuals, families, and groups, and provide broad support for all speech and language barriers such as cognition, speech, concentration, comprehension, logical thinking, swallowing, abnormal hearing, and hearing impairment.

Service Process: Initial Screening----Evaluation and Diagnosis----Case Planning---Treatment Suggestions---Providing Counseling and Other Follow-up Services---Stage Assessment and Treatment.

After training, the following professional courses can be completed independently:

1. Proficient in the operation of oral muscle and pronunciation training for children and adults, children's intellectual and social skills, concentration and other professional courses.

2. Complete the speech ability assessment and treatment of various children groups

3. Participate in curriculum design and teaching materials and teaching aids

4. Instruct the therapist assistant to complete the corresponding work.

5, accurate writing treatment plans, timely finishing and filing

6. Comply with the therapist's course director to complete professional projects such as efficacy management and parent training.

Job Requirements:

Medical and educational related disciplines such as clinical medicine, maternal and child health, preventive medicine, stomatology, public health, psychology, music education and treatment, Chinese language and literature, teacher education, special education, etc.

The following work experience is preferred:

1. Experience in medical, rehabilitation, and psychological work

2, special training for children such as cerebral palsy and autism

3. Relevant educational experience in kindergartens, primary schools, middle schools, universities, etc.

Have basic skills:

1. Have love, patience, affinity, love children, be good at communication, and establish good interaction and communication with children and parents; 2. articulate, sweet voice, standard of Putonghua;
