For our new business in China we are currently looking for a

HANDS ON MANAGING DIRECTOR

Job description:

You will be the end responsible for all ongoing business in China. Development and monitoring of the business plan is one of your most important responsibilities. Defining and monitoring goals and objectives together with your team will be a daily challenge.

You will manage the company resources and are involved in the contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.

Together with your local team and with the support of the global Facil team you will satisfy the customer and make sure the operational business runs smoothly.

During the ongoing startup phase you will be closely involved in all aspects related to the startup of new business and we expect you to be the project coordinator and the driver of the team.

Global support, hands-on approach, excellent problem solving and networking skills are tools that will help you make this start up to a success.

Your will report to the Managing Director Facil Corporate located in Belgium where the headquarters of Facil is based.

Profile:

• You have a master degree, or show to be equal trough experience.
• You have a minimum of 5 years operational working experience, with knowledge of the automotive sector.
• A first leadership experience is necessary.
• You have a logistic background or have an excellent comprehension of supply chain processes.
• You are a team player with real people management skills. You are able to make others excel in their work; improve cooperation by providing structure, support and guidance.
• Customer service and problem solving are 2 of your main talents.
• You show yourself to be highly stress-resistant, motivated and have an integer and honest work attitude.
• You make the difference with your hands on operational approach.
• You have an excellent knowledge of English.
