Responsible for supervision and completion of tasks of BE’s Legal department, engages in completion of projects designed to execute the legal department development goals and plans of BE, concerned with management and execution of relevant aspects such as policies and systems, to support operational effectiveness of Legal Department:

    

1. Support the Head of Legal in
2. Revision of contracts
3. Risk management
4. Legal compliance of BE
5. Analysis of legal problems for commercial purposes
6. Coordination of internal projects requiring support of the legal team
7. Assistance in Merger and Acquisition activities of BE Group.
8. Check the accuracy of Legal Department work before it is released to other departments.

1. Bachelor degree or above in relevant majors;
2. 2-3 years of post-qualified practice experience in major domestic legal firm preferred
3. Be equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Legal department operations
4. Specialization in corporate finance area and have experience related to foreign investment.
5. Be familiar with relevant national and local laws, regulations and policies regarding education;
6. Good English skills, in both written and speaking
7. Strong competence, excellent organizational skills and analysis ability, good communication and interpersonal skills, high professional quality and a good sense of service, hardworking, with team work sprit and leadership skill
8. Attention to accuracy and detail of work completed by the Legal team
