- Manage a team of telecommunications technicians and analysts that provide services and manage voice & data processes of international telecommunication client;
- Identify issues and appropriate courses of action;
- Establish adequate concepts, practices and procedures in the field;
- Accountable for total team members'performance and capability management, including selection, termination, performance appraisal, salary administration, and career development;
- Lead and direct the work to achieve business objective;
- Deal with issues or problems involving interpretation, analysis, and diagnosis;
- Identify relevant information to develop solutions or approaches for the team.
