Job description 工作描述:
1.Make purchase orders according to purchasing plan. 根据采购计划制定采购合同
2.Supervise and manage suppliers to complete purchase order based upon assuring the timely and qualified delivery. 管理和督促供应商按期交货，并确保产品质量

3.Conduct negotiations in the field of purchasing to get cost saving， good delivery or quality improvement. 采购商务谈判以节约成本,改善交货期或提升品质
4.Conduct supplier evaluation and management. 供应商评估和管理
5.Corporation with engineering or project to sourcing some new goods.配合工程或项目寻找新物料的供应资源

Qualification 岗位要求:
1.College degree or above.大专以上学历
2.Minimum 3 years purchasing experience. 至少3年采购经验
3.Experiences and knowledge for indirect materials, tools and equipments is preferred. 有非生产物料、工具和设备经验尤佳
4.Familiar with ERP system, Iscala is preferred. 熟悉ERP系统，Iscala系统尤佳。
5.Familiar with office software especially Excel. 熟练操作办公室软件，特别是Excel的运用。
6.High cost sense. 成本意识强
7.Basic English reading and writing skill.基本的英语读写能力。
