1. HR routine operation (on board, resign, probation and transfer, etc.)HR日常事务（入职、离职、试用期、异动等
2. P-File and labor contract management; 劳动合同签订及入职材料整理
3. Routine employee master data maintenance in HR system;员工信息数据维护
4. New employee orientation;新员工入职培训
5. Foreign employee management; 外籍员工管理
6. Employee attendance management; 员工考勤管理
7. Routine HC reporting; HC报表

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above, good command of English；
• 3+ years and above HR operation experience in big company which have over 1000+ people
• High level of data-handling capacity;
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
• Excellent for office software;
• Responsible, initiative and ability of work under pressure.
