工作职责：
1.与部门员工保持联络，收集准备并保证月度报告的准确性，提供给首席财务官作评审。与各部门沟通收集和归还财务部需要处理的文件。
2.合同和其他申请的预审，在财务部内部分配协调。
3.组织财务部内部会议，或财务部与其他部门的会议。为CFO或财务部活动安排日程。
4.保管并更新公司财务政策。发布财务通知或通告。
5.协助CFO执行突击检查财务部各自的部门，以保证财务政策的持续执行。
6.协助接待财务部来客来宾。
7.跟踪财务部出勤、加班、培训、处罚、病假和年休假记录。

任职资格：
1.大学本科毕业，财务或会计专业优先。
2.至少3年跨国公司财务工作经验。
3.精通中英文书写与口语。
4.掌握数据库和电子数据表使用。
5.良好的沟通技巧，能自我激励，工作主动，能独立完成工作，并能承受压力

Job Description：
1. Liaises with department staff to collect and prepare monthly reports and checks for accuracy for CFO’s review. Communicate between Fin and other Dept to collect and return the files need to be dealt by Fin.
2. Pre-review for contract and other applications to allocate the works within Fin Dept.
3. Organize meeting within Finance Dept or between Fin Dept with other Dept. To arrange the agenda for CFO and Finance Activities.
4. Maintains and updates the Company financial policies. Distribute Finance notification or announcement.
5. Support CFO in carrying out surprise audits for respective sections within Finance to ensure ongoing compliance to financial policies.
6. Co-ordinate the reception of visitors and guests of finance department.
7. Keep track of the attendance, overtime, training, penalty, sick and annual leave records of finance department.

Qualifications：
1. University graduate major in finance or accounting.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in finance areas with MNC
3. Well versed in both spoken & written Chinese & English.
4. Proficient, especially with database & spreadsheet.
5. Excellent communication skill.
6. Self-motivated, initiative and be able to work independently as well as to withstand work pressure.
