岗位职责：
1. 负责应用系统的功能变更和主数据变更流程
2. 负责应用系统的故障修复流程, 主要关注根源分析和方案研究
3. 数据库管理员(负责10台以上微软SQL数据库和1台Oracle数据库)
4. 软件供应商绩效管理
5. 和外包工程师一起维护应用系统
6. 为用户提供应用系统使用培训和疑难处理
7. 为公司业务伙伴提供公司应用系统运维支持
任职资格：
1.本科及以上, 计算机专业优先
2. 必须具备至少5年的微软SQL数据库和应用系统支持经验
3. 具备1年以上Oracle数据库工作经验将优先考虑
4. 较强的人际沟通能力
5. 较强的英文口语和写作能力,通过 CET-4级及以上

Job Description:
1.Provide user support on business application systems, this may include usage training, trouble-shooting;
2.Provide business partner system operation support to ensure the company’s IT resource is used properly and effectively;
3.Be the owner of system change control process, in charge of functional change and master data change;
4.Issue Record and Tracking of All Application Systems
5.Manage, configure and monitor database
6.Vender Management;
7.Work with CSC engineer on the system maintenance Project management including subcontract and outsourcing scoping and governance.


Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree, Computer Science preferable
2.5+ years demonstrated experience in SQL server and application support is a must ;
3.1+ year Oracle DBA hands-on experience preferable
4.Strong interpersonal skills
5.Strong spoken and written English; CET-4 or above
