Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the whole process of the sourcing of garment to achieve the best quality and prices for the company
- Provide a clear communication and good services to customer, build and develop working relationship with various customers
- Co-ordination between customers, different internal departments and suppliers
- Lead the team in product development, sample fitting, order follow-up to ensure on-time delivery
- Delegate functions and motivate team members for efficient and effective execution of daily operation
- Provide necessary support for team members, help them to solve problems occurred in their daily operation
- Prepare cost breakdown, price quotation, and assist the General Manager in product cost control
- Follow the company's strategies, assist the General Manager to meet financial target of the office
- Pay attention to the changes on China business circumstance and administration policies, business operation suggestion for General Manager to deal with the changes
- Responsible for team building, coach the subordinates in their daily work
- Treat and make performance evaluation for all subordinates fairly

- Sound knowledge on garment technology

- Buying office experience and German or European market exposure preferred
- Diploma/University degree (preferable garment technology or related degree)
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Fluent Chinese
