Cosmetics Packaging Material Buyer 化妆品包材采购专员
Responsibilities
· Responsibility for the purchase of materials as per customer order requirements
负责物料采购，有化妆品和化妆品包材采购经验者优先
· Ensure material orders are processed in a timely manner according to the critical path
确保采购订单的及时性
· Communicate appropriate information concerning the status of orders to other internal departments as necessary
与相关部门及时沟通订单状态信息
· Ensure correct purchasing processes are followed according to best practice
按照采购标准操作流程开展采购工作
· Monitor progress of material orders against agreed timelines to ensure activities are on track according to the critical path
及时跟踪订单状态，确保物料及时采购到位
· Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
建立和维护供应商关系
· Negotiate price and lead times with suppliers
进行价格和交期谈判


Skills & Experience Required
技能与经验要求
· Previous experience as a material buyer
有相关工作经验
· Strong negotiation skills
较强的谈判技巧
· Must pay attention to detail, and have good written and verbal communication skills
关注细节，沟通能力强
· Written and verbal fluency of English language is desirable but not essential
