基本要求：
有独立完成政府项目申报、专利申报经验；
有政府项目相关文案与可行性研究报告编写经验，擅长分析及汇报类工作；
具备优秀的信息收集与关系建立能力、沟通协调能力，口头与书面文字能力俱佳。

主要职责：
对发改委、科技局等政府机构相关政策了解；
主导过高新技术企业申报项目或政府补贴等事务；
对项目申报流程熟悉，撰写项目申报材料，申报、协调并跟踪管理政府项目；
公司知识产权的信息收集、申报、维护、评审组织与管理；
上级交办的其他事务。
