*具有4 - 5年的服装纸样技术经验，能胜任批板，复板工作，以及头版和产品的品质监控；
*熟纸样，头版要求，能针对纸样问题给出精准评法，并提出解决方案；
*参加工作会议与工厂洽谈沟通，能书写中英文工作报告。
*英语优秀，该岗位的直接上司为外籍职员。

Essential Skills：
A minimum of 4- 5 years experience as a multi product Garment Technologist working with women's wear
Demonstrate an understanding of production requirements from a commercial point of view as well as a design perspective.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate at all levels ,ability to solve technical problems and build good team relationships
An excellent technique and paper pattern knowledge. Good knowledge of cutting, fit and construction
Extensive factory knowledge and good communication skills, disponibility for travel. Used to visiting factory's for technical support
Able to influence and establish credibility and trust with cross functional teams and suppliers
Able to build relationship easily and naturally
An excellent communicator
Dedication and ability to work under pressure
English speaking
