工作职责:

• 员工纪律检查、登记、公布、上报；考勤
• 报纸、邮件收、发（登记、跟踪）
• 复印，传真件的接收、发送、转交
• 来访客人接待、订票、住宿。
• 办公用品发放、保管、申购及纸质台帐登记
• 发出货物跟踪并与客户确认收货情况
• 文控中心的文件下发、更换及整理归档
• 办公室日常事务

职位需求：

• 工作细致、认真、有责任心，处事严谨有条理
• 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识
• 有礼貌，服从主管工作安排
• 喜欢学习；有一定的英语基础
• 有一定的抗压能力，能独立完成上级交待工作

备注：本职位为一年短期合同
