Responsibilities / Duties
- Operate the equipment maintenance job in Albany HangZhou and record the log for the machine performance.
- Implement the maintenance system and following related procedure.
- Handle with the abnormal situation and trouble shoot for machine , informed relate leader if some special.
- Responsible for machine optimization and innovation.
- Responsible for project progress

Education

- Junior college degree in related technical backgroud or above with more than 5 years related working experience;
Or university background with more 3 years related working experience.

Languages

- Chinese - fluent in spoken and written
- English - basic communication skill , ability to express ideas

Experience

- More than three years experience in related technical field
- 1 year in system configuration/Parameterization and maintenance job
- Working experience in international company preferred
- experience in project and equipment design and modification

Tasks / Knowledge

- Implement equipment operation procedure in AI, HangZhou, make sure the machine under normal situation;
-Responsible for the Maintenance system operation, performance monitor and maintenance job, make plan for PM and Spare parts list;
- Responsible for the new machine installation and , performance monitor and maintenance job, make plan for PM and Spare parts list;
- Responsible for the document control and SAP system implementation;
- Responsible for the spare parts management;
- Responsible PM , checklist system setup and improvement;
- Responsible for machine optimization and innovation;
- Anticipate in LEAN management.
- Analyze the abnormal system problem and do trouble-shooting.
- Data collection, analyse and make the improvement plan.
- Training others.
- cooperate with Vendor and in charge of the progress
