岗位职责

1、负责公司来访人员的接待，电话的接听、信息传达，快递收发；

2、负责职场管理，包括会议室安排、茶歇室使用等；

3、负责办公物资的采购、发放维护管理；

4、监督各项行政制度的执行及落实情况；

5、协助人事完成公司员工出勤记录的提报及汇总；

6、其他相关人事协助工作。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，行政管理、文秘及相关专业；

2、一年以上企业前台或文秘岗位工作经验；

3、熟练使用Office办公软件及办公自动化设备，普通话标准；

4、具有良好的沟通、协调、表达能力，性格沉稳、待人礼貌周到，服务意识强；

岗位要求：

1、前台接待，电话接听，快递收发，办公用品的购买管理及发放；

2、公司日常行政管理的运作；

3、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；

4、负责各类会务的安排工作；

5、协助主管对各项行政事务的安排及执行；

6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
