职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责收集集团核心业务和公司发展相关的信息，掌握市场动态、行业政策信息，为公司决策提供依据；
2、公司年度经营计划与目标的分解，跟踪、掌握经营目标完成情况；
3、对重大项目和重点工作进行跟踪、督办；
4、对拟投融资项目进行调研、分析、论证，出具分析报告、立项报告、项目建议书等；
5、 投融资项目执行和进度跟进；
6、对已投项目进行监控、评估和汇报，协助完成投后管理等工作；
7、部门工作协作及完成领导临时交办的任务。
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历；
2、八年以上工作经验；
3、有在具有制造业背景的企业集团的工作经验；
4、经济、金融类相关专业，熟悉企业运营、投融资、收购和资本运作过程；
5、 强烈的责任意识，良好的语言和文字表达能力，出色的分析与判断能力，良好的洞察力、预测能力与解决问题能力。
