Position description:
The operations team leader will be responsible for ensuring that WESSCO's orders are produced on time as per customer requirements. Also this position requires providing support to Sales team in Shanghai office and sourcing team in Hangzhou office for logistic tasks and inventory analysis by working with LA office and the vendors.

Main responsibilities:
-Work with LA head office to proactively do the order forecast for every project, do the vendor inventory analysis to disclose the potential delivery delay in advance and work out the relevant effective action plan in time.
-For the brand new orders, arrange production schedule by working with the vendor production manager, formulate the detailed production tracking tools, on a daily basis and record every stage of production in vendor.
-For the existing orders, check with vendor on the daily basis the actual production status, coordinate with WIC QC to identify the RED FLAG ORDERS any time and in time, input the information in IT system.
-When needed visit factory to check face to face with factory production manager, figure out the actually production scheduling improvement action plan for the urgent orders.
-Responsible for every PO production schedule.
-Document all production scheduling material.
-Track every PO from the order placement to the products availability.
-Responsible for issuing the purchase contract and tracking the raw material benchmark
-Provide logistic support to Sales team in Shanghai office and Sourcing team in Hangzhou office.

Requirements:
-Candidate must have at least 4 years working experience in relevant area.
-Candidate must have teamwork spirits and strong leadership capabilities, willing to work under pressure and move things fast.
-Candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented.
-High-level English ability (reading, writing and speaking) is required.
-Be proactive
