Position description:
The Operation Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring WESSCO's orders are placed to vendors, producing and shipping out on time to the right destination as per internal and external customers' requirements.

Responsible for placing purchase order to relevant vendors, arrange production schedule by closely working with vendors, track the detailed production on a daily basis.
Figure out the production schedule improvement action plan for the urgent orders.
Responsible for space booking, documentation work (B/L confirmation, Invoice & Packing List,etc).
Track each PO from the order placement to the products availability.
Responsible for updating the benchmark( PP, SS, Cotton, RMBvsUSD, Tax Refund) every Friday.
Responsible for payment arrangement to suppliers.
Maintain MST system for operations.
Other daily operations issues.
职位要求：
大学本科学历
有相关工作经验者优先
英语六级以上
熟练的计算机使用能力
具有良好的语言表达能力与沟通能力
有责任心、进取心，有团队协作精神
