Your tasks:

• Developing talent development programs and ideas for Asia, in close collaboration with the Central Talent Management team to drive forward SCHOTT talent pipeline in Asia

• Delivering talent development programs, trainings and workshops for predefined targets group (including senior management)

• Aligning closely with business leaders in the region and acting as partner to discuss all talent development topics

• Strong cooperation with all HR Managers in the region on local HR issues

• Overseeing all key talent and recruitment efforts in Asia and coaching stakeholders involved

• Increasing the general talent mobility within and across Asia

• Conducting Succession Planning meetings and facilitating talent dialogues

• Managing all talent- and training related HR IT programs

• Planning, supporting and implementing Training and Development Plans for key talents in Asia

• Leading and managing the work of external partners such as trainers, headhunters or consultants in the region

                    

Your profile:

• Min 5 years working experience with bachelor degree or equivalent with the major in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar

• Profound knowledge with professional experience in Talent Management, an international organization or consultancy background is a plus

• Good understanding of people and organizational development philosophies, methods with the knowledge and capability to create Talent & Development Programs.

• Keen to make a difference through Talent Programs that support individual, team and cultural growth within SCHOTT

• Strong project management skill (mid-size projects)

• Good communication and presentation skill in both written and verbal, strong moderating skills and experience in group facilitation

• A good team player with strong coordination in region

• Fluent English in spoken and written

• Good IT skills and affinity, SAP HR / Success Factors experience is a plus
