工作职责：
1、根据系统中确定的订单，做到及时准确的出票；
2、迅速、妥善地解决一些需要改签、退票等特殊问题。

职位要求：
1、有客服工作经验优先；
2、大专（含）以上，有机票经验者优先； 应届生可考虑。
3、普通话标准，谈吐礼貌，具备良好的沟通能力，具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神；
4、工作时间做一休一（早班7：00-20：00，晚班10：00-23：00）
