岗位职责：
1、参与制定测试策略和设计测试过程，负责准备测试环境；
2、根据需求文档，负责进行所承担模块的测试设计；
3、按照测试设计文档，负责执行所承担功能模块的测试过程，测试产品的基本功能、用户体验、性能/安全/压力等，提交缺陷报告；
4、善于发现问题，并找到问题产生的原因；
5、主动与开发人员沟通，并积极推进问题解决；
6、负责对开发人员修改过的缺陷进行测试确认，形成测试报告。并能提出对产品有效的改进方案。

岗位要求：
1.精通网站测试技术，熟练操作LoadRunner、WinTest等自动化测试工具，能编写测试脚本；了解网站运行流程，熟悉各个浏览器差异；
2.能撰写规范的质量保证计划、测试计划、能撰写规范的测试用例；
3.熟悉 .net；熟悉SQL Server数据库、能熟练编写测试SQL语句、并能进行性能测试；
4.熟悉HTML/XHTML/XML规范、熟悉DIV&CSS规范；
5.思维清晰敏捷，逻辑分析能力强，良好的口头和书面表达能力，善于与人沟通；
6.有责任意识，服从工作安排，能够承担一定工作压力，学习新技术能力强；
7.参与过大型Web2.0网站开发经验者优先。

Responsibility:
1）Work as a team member in developing testing strategies and designing testing procedures; responsible for testing environment preparation;
2）Design testing procedures due to requirements;
3）Responsible for testing procedures; test functions, user’s experience, performance/safety/pressure, and submit bug report;
4）Keen on problems, and the causes;
5）Active communication with the developers to promote solutions.
6）Responsible for confirming the modifications towards bugs, write testing reports; submit products improving plans accordingly.

Requirements:
1）Proficient in web testing technology, LoadRunner, WinTest etc., be able to write testing scripts; good knowledge of website operation procedure, familiar with differences between browsers;
2）Proficient in writing quality assurance plan, testing plan, and test case;
3）Familiar with. NET, SQL Server databases; proficient in writing SQL language, and be able to conduct performance tests;
4）Familiar with HTML/XHTML/XML, DIV&CSS regulations;
5）Web2.0 website development experience preferred.
