职位描述：
1) 与网页设计师、网站策划、网站程序开发人员配合，实现产品UI和交互方面的静态页面开发需求，确保产品具有优质的用户使用体验；
2) 对已完成的产品要求代码结构、文件目录结构、注释清晰合理，最大化的对产品结构和代码进行优化。

岗位职责：
1) 熟悉DIV+CSS跨浏览器开发，利用自己的经验有效地解决浏览器兼容问题；
2) 熟悉Photoshop、Dreamweaver等设计软件操作；
3) 熟悉制作Flash动画；
4) 熟悉Javascript、jQuery框架；
5) 熟悉使用Firebug，IEDeveloper等调试工具；
6) 具有良好的代码注释习惯；
7) 具有团队合作经验以及良好的工作协调能力，优秀的自学能力和刻苦专研精神。

Responsibilities:
1) Work with web designer, planner and programmer, on UI and interaction development, to ensure a high quality user experience;
2) Clearly comments on code structures and file directory structure,; optimize the product structure and code.

Qualifications:
1) Familiar with DIV+CSS cross-browser development; be able to resolve browser compatibility problems;
2) Familiar with Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other design software;
3) Proficient in flash animation making;
4) Familiar with Javascript, jQuery framework;
5) Proficient in Firebug, IEDeveloper tools;
6) Have a good habit of code comments.
