What are my responsibilities?
- Reporting to the CFO
- Manage company financial planning, budgeting and financing
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget (performance controlling) and defines necessary actions and follows up
- Prepare financial outlooks and forecasts
- Ensures period end closing together with accounting (GSS)
- Establish processes to effectively accomplish the department’s goal and objectives
- Direct financial audit and provide recommendations for procedural improvements (incl productivity)
- Collaborate closely with business unit controlling and local accounting (GSS)
- Manage all tax related topics
- Manage staff
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Degree in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of controlling experience
- Solid MNC experience and with manufacturing background Import/Export
- Solid experience in reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skill
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
