you will combine two main roles:

a) You will be working closely with the R&D and the Sales team to provide second line support to existing distributors located worldwide.
b) You will also be implementing quality control measures to our hardware and software products as part of the manufacturing and / or development processes.

Main responsibilities include:
? Second-line customer support
? Product market research
? Quality Control of hardware
? User Acceptance Test of hardware
? User Acceptance Test of software
? Work with external R&D partners
? Work together with the Product Manager in product development projects to meet company’s overall strategy and goals.
? Sporadic visits to factories for Quality Control may be required.

* 客户辅助支持
* 产品市场调查
* 产品品质监控

* 软件产品用户接受度测试
* 与外部研发伙伴合作
* 在产品研发项目中与产品经理合作，以期达到公司整体战略目标
* 不定时拜访工厂以控制产品质量

英语水平六级或以上，未达到要求者请慎投。
