Responsibility:
-Support the development activities of parent company in USA by using 3-D parametric modeling tools
-Develop and release 2-D drawing for use in manufacturing and local part sourcing activities
-Maintain and coordinate engineering change management system for current future product in the manufacturing environment
-Work with Purchasing and Quality departments to correct differences between material specifications and locally available Chinese materials
-Support the NPI process from an Engineering change management standpoint
-Set up and perform physical life cycle testing on product to ensure robustness of designs
-Develop and/or change test plans to reflect real world loading scenarios
-Work with Quality and Purchasing to maintain accurate first article inspections on locally sourced parts
-Work with Manufacturing and Quality to support the corrective action process
-Write technical reports to justify design directions
-Perform competitive analysis during design times to understand design decisions and directions
-Comply with all safety regulations and safety measures while carrying out duties.
-Support engineering manager for projects assigned.
-Other tasks assigned by boss

Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/ Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of the products and applications with 5-10 years engineering design related working experience at least.
-English competency at high conversation and technical level
-Experience in modeled products plastic injection molding and die casting
-Experience in electromechanical system integration.
- Fluent in 3D parametric modeling, strong mechanical aptitude, experience with electromechanical systems.
-Demonstration of team dynamics and collaborative design skills
-Demonstration of problem solving ability
-Solid knowhow on related technical issues such as plastic materials, plastic injection process, mechanical materials and international standards.
-Leadership and coaching skills are a plus
