岗位职责：

在嵌入式Linux平台上开发/单元测试WLAN(11a/b/g/n/ac)相关的驱动/应用层软件；

解决测试工程师发现的问题以及高效解决客户方面发现的问题；

改善系统性能并提供易于使用的产品给用户；

根据市场需求移植现有的系统到新的平台来提供用户选择多样性或支持新的标准。

职位要求：

本科或者硕士并有3年或以上嵌入式Linux系统开发经验；

较强的C语言编程能力以及看懂基本的汇编语言的能力；

对TCP/IP有较好的理解以及多线程编程能力；

有bootloader或者Linux内核或驱动（特别是网络设备驱动）的开发经历；

对Linux内核调度以及内核同步机制有一定的了解；

较强的问题分析解决能力，自觉学习新技术和良好的团队协作精神。

有以下经验的优先考虑：

对TCP/IP二层转发和三层路由的深入理解的优先考虑；

有WiFi或者其它无线网络驱动开发经历的优先考虑；

对RF或者天线技术有了解的优先考虑；

对802.11协议组或者WLAN技术有深入理解的优先考虑；

Requirements：

Develop/Unit-test WiFi (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac) driver/application on Linux platform；

Working closely with US based wireless technical group leader and take functional specifications and instructions from the group leader to design, implement, maintain and debug wireless related SW features.；

Debugging and resovling bugs from QA and support customer issue；

Improving system performance and provide easy-of-use products；

Porting current system to new platform provide product diversity to customer or support new WLAN standard.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master in EE/CS with 3+ years experience in embedded Linux platform；

Working experience in Linux programming；

Strong programming skills in C language and reading ability of assembly language. Having Linux multi-core kernel development experience is a plus；

Good knowledge of TCP/IP and experience of multi-thread programming；

Experience of development for bootloader or Linux kernel and driver especially for networking device；

Good knowledge of scheduling principle in Linux kernel and synchronization in kernel space；

Strong problem solving skills, self-motivated to learn new technologies and good team player；

Strong communication skill: team player, be able to read/write in English, and be able to conduct oral conversation in English is a plus.

Plus：

Good knowledge of Layer 2/3 packet forwarding and routing is a plus；

Experience of Wi-Fi and/or other wireless networking drivers is a plus.

Knowledge of RF signal and antenna technology is a plus；

Experience of system performance tuning in multi-core platform is a plus；

In depth knowledge of 802.11 protocol suite and WLAN technology is a big plus.
