3、具有良好的编辑风格和习惯，具备良好而规范的设计和技术文档编写能力。
4、有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具备一定程序和数据优化能力。
5、不断学习，接受新东西能力强，有模板引擎及框架（如smarty、cakephp等）开发经验优先
6、精通web开发技术，熟练掌握javascript、ajax、div+css,Jquery.
7. 有网站开发和有成功案例优先考虑
8、精通APP应用开发
如果有独立完成的网站作品系列，可以在面试时带过来
