职位职能: 商务经理 客服主管(非技术)
职位描述:
岗位要求：
1．负责或策划公司淘宝店铺及客户相关电子商务网店的运营管理、销售、维护及业务推广，提升销售业绩；
2．负责店铺装修与设计，定期更新版面、推进店铺营销活动，保持网店的正常运作；
3．每日监控的数据：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理；
4．在线客服及导购，通过在线聊天工具（旺旺、QQ等）与客户沟通，能独立完成网上购物售前、售中、售后工作；
5．负责管理网店客服，产品上传，产品数据在线维护管理，销售系统内部的订单处理等；
6．客户关系维护工作，在线沟通及接听电话解答顾客咨询，引导用户在网站上顺利的购买，促成交易；
7．负责淘宝等网店日常的推广项目，旺铺装修、店铺与标题关键字策略、橱窗推荐、论坛社区、搜索引擎营销、淘宝直通车、淘宝客等，并配合淘宝方以后的营销推广；
8．负责客户疑难订单的追踪和查件，处理评价、投诉等。

熟悉电子商务高端策划者优先。

任职要求
1．大专以上学历，有阿里/淘宝/拍拍易趣等网店运营管理一年以上工作经验，有成功运营淘宝网店工作经历优先；
2．普通话标准，头脑灵活，有良好的沟通能力，文笔流畅，能通过电话、QQ、旺旺等聊天工具与客户沟通；
3．会网店商品发布更新及编辑；熟悉基本操作与购物流程；
4．对工作有热情、真诚、有责任心、工作踏实、为人随和，可以承受压力，有良好的团队合作精神；
5．要具备解答问题百问不烦，有问必答，要细心，有耐性，不急躁，能随机应变，具备突发事件处理能力；
6．打字速度不低于60个/分钟，熟悉电脑的基本操作，熟悉淘宝的规则，具备同时接待2-3人左右的能力；
7．快速回复旺旺咨询及留言，及时回复站内信、店铺留言、宝贝留言，回复到位、大方、礼貌；
8．需长期任职，短期打工、频繁跳槽者勿扰；玩性很重影响工作者勿扰；
