岗位职责：

1、物业综合设施设备外包服务公司，针对世界500强外企的招标，开展投标活动支持；

2、协调并收集销售对招标文件的解读信息（熟悉政府投标流程及商务资质准备工作），收集专家团队针对各服务类型的执行方案；

3、根据应标评分项及客户实际要求编写整理，汇编成最终投标文件，注意逻辑性及所有材料的准确运用；

4、在规定时间内完成完整投标方案负有责任；

任职要求：

1、相关岗位2-3年工作经验，较强的WORD文字处理能力；

2、TEM-8；

3、沟通协调能力强，能承受一定压力，思维逻辑清晰；

4、可接受加班；

5、大型物业公司，设施管理公司相关经验者优先。
