岗位职责：

1、协助客户主管人员做好工程部员工管理和楼宇设备设施管理工作；

2、掌握工程项目设备设施性能及完好情况，协助客户主管人员制定并组织实施维护保养计划、工程改造计划、备件购置计划、设备更新计划等；

3、负责维护保养及能耗预算；

4、组织拟订设备设施管理操作规范、维护保养制度和技术标准，并监督执行；

5、组织各种工程任务的维修及抢修，并保证工程设施的正常运行，如：空压机、水泵、RO水系统等；

6、组织对工程部操作人员的培训与考核工作；

7、协助客户主管人员做好实验室设施改造，及外包工程项目的落实和监督管理工作。

8、协助客户主管人员做好实验室和实验仪器的统计及管理工作。

9、完成公司内容安排的其它行政管理相关工作。

任职要求:

1、工程专业背景专科以上学历，5年以年设施管理经验；有工程师证优先；

2、5年以上工厂或商务楼工程管理岗位工作经验；

3、有独立判断运行设备各系统故障经验及处理和解决工程项目中各部门相关协调事宜的能力；

5、具有高度的责任心、组织协调和现场处理能力，应变能力强，有团队协作精神；

6、有较好的英语读写能力，对话能力一般；

7、熟练应用办公自动化软件；

8、了解SAP系统的基本操作；
