任职资格：

（1）年龄在55岁以下；

（2）2年以上消防弱电相关工作经验，对门禁系统、电话跳线、监控、消防系统、会议设备有维护管理经验；

（3）持有相关操作证书；

（4）工作效率高，组织团结能力强，能积极处理各种突发事件；

（5）严格执行公司的各项规章制度及专业要求操作规程；

工作内容：

（1）能独立解决日常维修，水、电、卫生设施、办公门窗桌椅等相关工程维修及其保养工作；

（2）能独立处理漏水、停电等应急事故；

（3）及时完成上级领导交办的其它任务；

上班时间：9:00-18:00 ，做五休二

薪资：4500左右，按国家规定缴纳保险
