B2B Visit:
1.Conduct B2B visits to employers to encourage more employers recognise CSCDA and Gaodun Finance.
2. Participate in related exhibitions, CFO events to promote CSCDA, including lecturers recruitment and related recruiting programme
3.Participate in related exhibitions, CFO events to identify leads.

Relationship Management:
1. Keep and stengthen relationship with employers, members and university teachers to get their full recognition to enhance our brand in employer market.
2. Provide recruitment services and arrange recruitment events to employers and ensure more offers can be issued to our students.
3. Other things to keep relationships with our employers

Organise Events:
1. Customized campus events for our employers to help them recruit satisfied students for their jobs
2. Conduct events or co-organise with other partners to help develop our brand.

Other:
1. Support Head of CSCDA and other team members to achieve other new projects and initiatives.
