Key responsibilities:

 

You will lead a fully equipped franchise central online marketing team to achieve the leads to sales targets through the brand campaigns, customer engagement programs, promotional campaigns and existing & new channel development.

 

 

 

Talents and skills:

 

·         You have the solid experience and the proven track record in leads driving and brand building through online channel development, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, OTV, DSP, social, eCommerce, APP and mini-program marketing in a competitive market environment.

 

·         You embrace the new technology and have a sharp acumen in spotting the latest trend. As a result, you are always the first mover to take the emerging opportunities.

 

·         You have the strong communication and collaboration skills to work across different functions at the central and the city levels.

 

·         You thrive under pressure and enjoy fast-paced work environment.

 

 

 

Minimum requirements:

 

·         8 years of work experience in online marketing in an industry where leads driving is the core of the business.

 

·         3 years in a senior management position overseeing the operation of the full online marketing team.

 

·         The solid experience of building a team/business from 0 to a sizable scale is a big plus.

 

·         University degree. Computer science major is preferred.

·         Fluency in English.
