岗位职责:

- Contribute to the establishment of consistent, best-in-class Analytics and Data & Information Management capability supporting the RBWM ASP region but also simultaneously joining up with the rest of the Group.
- Effectively integrate Data and Analytics into the business processes to drive a significant uplift in revenue.
- Establish a Machine Learning Hub which will be composed of data scientists who are capable of development of sophisticated Machine Learning and Deep Learning Models as well as Data Engineers who will be implementing the models into Analytical Products
- Enforce and monitor standards for the application of analytics across the businesses.
- Scope and define analytics need from stakeholders, deliver towards a data and analytics agenda on annual and ongoing basis and mobilize resources in the CoE to carry out such plans.
- Mature advanced analytics capabilities that further enable the personalisation and increased relevance of customer experiences, across all channel touch points.
- Establish and maintain a global best practice sharing environment for all aspects of new advanced analytics capabilities, new data sources as well as relevant fintech capabilities
- Identify key analytics competencies and skillsets within the team in order to scale new approaches more broadly across the RBWM Analytics teams
- Be a global thought leader within RBWM Analytics.
- Proactively promote and demonstrate the value of analytics via effective communication & tracking.
- Responsible for the establishment of common KPIs, measurement, and tracking.
- Provide strategic and tactical inputs to analytical capabilities, systems and data sources.

任职资格:

- 14+ years of relevant experience in analytics and data management covering financial products & customers, market research, business strategy and/or consulting.
- Ability to quickly grasp analytics requirements and propose best solutions to address requirement and see them through the initiation & execution stages
- Exposure of working across different countries involving different size of customer bases and involving a range of analytical solutions applicable for small as well as large customer segments
- Proven track record of managing large teams/people within Analytics industry of various complexities
- Proven strong analytical skills & business acumen. Strong understanding of marketing analytics business drivers and customer behaviour oriented analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas in business terms to peers and management and ability to influence others
- Demonstrated ability to work in large cross functional teams and within ambiguous roles. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree /Ph.D from top-tier University with concentration on marketing, finance, economics or other quantitative fields such as computer science, statistics or engineering; MBA from top-tier Institution, with concentration on Finance, Marketing or Strategy.
