岗位职责:

HSBC Securities Services (HSS) provides end-to-end securities services including fund administration, global custody and clearing, corporate trust and loan agency and other related value-added securities services
汇丰环球证券服务部提供端对端的证券服务，包括基金管理、全球证券投资保管，结算、企业信托、贷款代理和其他相关证券增值服务。

HSS Guangzhou, we are mainly providing Fund administration service, delivering solutions to life insurance companies, pension funds, investment managers and fund owners.
HSS广州主要提供基金管理服务，为人寿保险公司、养老基金、投资经理和基金拥有者提供解决方案

1. Client services will cover the entire range of securities services products as below:
- Accounting & Valuation (Book-keeping, production of NAV for funds and portfolio valuation for asset owners)
- Trustee services
- Global custody services (Settlements, Corporate actions , FX, Cash management, account opening in various markets as HSBC global custody supports clients for investments in 88 markets currently)
- Value added products like Compliance monitoring Performance Measurement (risk analytics/attribution), Middle office services (trade matching, collateral management, securities lending)

2. Day to day operational queries / service issues from clients can pertain to various issues including:
- Custody: Follow up on trade status, corporate action payments/ notifications, execution of FX/ cash management positions, account opening requests in various markets, call backs, daily Trade Status Report/Canned report delivery
- A&V: Queries in relation to NAV calculation, expense accruals, delivery of standard and bespoke reports
- Transfer agency: Subscription/ redemption orders processed for the month, KYC status on the underlying investors KYC, timely distribution of reports to investors etc.

3. Candidates will mostly be assigned to focus on a sector or two. Sectors will be:
- Asset Managers sector - Traditional Funds
- Asset Managers sector - Alternative Funds
- Insurance sector
- Public sector (includes SWFs, Central Bank and other government entities)

任职资格:

- University graduate with a degree in finance or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in securities industry or displays good knowledge of securities markets and associated market infrastructure
- Basic understanding of some of the HSS products across accounting, valuation, custody and banking services.
- A positive self-starter who is good at relationship building
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English. Cantonese and/or Putonghua are desirable
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Adaptable to changing environment and effective time management
- Sound risk awareness
- Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
