职位描述

岗位职责:

- Lead the process and workflow design & review to deploy the efficient and cost-effective banking operations process and support for Global and country initiatives;
- Focal point to communicate with business and BRCM to handle regulator/monitor’s request;
- Oversee and manage multiple regulator/monitor’s auditing requests and CDD & Monitor Commitment projects in parallel;
- Able to coordinate both RBWM and CMB requests.
- Coordinate with different teams in GSC and onshore to consolidate returns or retrieve the required documents for the requesting party;
- Manage the members in the team, assign tasks to each team member, check and verify their works before submission to the requesting party;
- Review and formulate CDD/KYC procedures/workflows to facilitate the conduct of the various reviews and auditing processes;
- Develop operations procedures and guides for implementation of Global Standards, regulatory, Banking Operations OM and new business requirements;
- Identify process and system solutions for robust and risk-managed operations management to support business growth and operational efficiency enhancement;
- Liaise with GSC operations teams to define workflow diagram, procedures, resources, quality controls and SLA to enable smooth launch of new processes and BAU support;
- Be the operations SME to business partners and project stakeholders, contribute to the delivery of business and project objectives in terms of the process management and resources planning on Banking Operations services;
- Plan and deliver process training to AMH and GSC Banking Operations teams on new services and system deployment;
- Manage good relationships with business partners and function teams, adopt join-up approach to execute operations changes and controls with pace;
- Leverage on the partnership with IT and Operations to maximize automation for process and cost optimization;
- Preparing management reporting for project progress and business performance;
- Support SME development by leading Global, regulatory and FIM requirements review within the team for process and procedures planning;
- Effective project management for services and processes deployment, propose improvements/changes as required;
- Observe FIM and Compliance policies to ensure Global Standards and operational risks are adequately identified, assessed, implemented, mitigated and controlled in procedures and day-to-day operations;
- Enable the operational procedures and guides up-to-date to comply with FIM, Compliance policies and Banking Operations OM.
- Good understanding about project management, risks controls and Banking Operations requirements;
- Lateral thinker and work independently to resolve complex issues;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Leadership skills;
- Proven project management skills;
- Hand-on experience in operational review, workflow design and procedures development;
- Effective communication, inter-personal, negotiation, and problem solving skills;
- Motivate to develop effective stakeholder engagement.


任职资格:

- Degree holder.
- 5 years supervisory experience of which at least 2 years in managerial role and should have direct management experience in operational areas.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience of managing a staff workforce of at least 30. Proven ability to direct/motivate in a quick moving and highly competitive field.
- Previous exposure in departments where regular decision making is required
- Good writing and liaison skills are essential. A good score in English Language and Mathematics academically. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Knowledge of regulatory issues and economic/political climate of the region. Knows clearly the Bank’s position; can anticipate technology change and aware of the bottom line.
