Job Summary：

Responsible for AP and Payment related accounting entry, ensure correct bookkeeping and compliant with company policy; Support Concur system processing and maintain corporate credit card management; Deliver T/E policy and invoice relevant training and keep filing management process

负责应付账款会计分录录入，支持文件及发票核查，确保簿记正确，遵循公司政策；维护Concur报销系统的运作及公司商务信用卡的系统管理；执行差旅报销政策培训及负责财务部凭证及其他文件的管理

Key Responsibility:

·         Responsible for AP and payment related accounting entry and supporting document review, ensure correct & in time bookkeeping and compliant with company policy.

·         负责应付账款相关会计分录，支持资料审查，确保簿记正确及时并遵循公司各项政策

·         Responsible for the administer role of Concur system and Corporate Credit card application and operation

·         负责公司Concur报销系统和商务信用卡的申请和系统运行管理

·         Answer AP and invoice related inquires and support employee new orientation on reimbursement process

·         回答应付相关询问及主导费用报销方面的员工培训

·         Responsible for voucher filing and manage the filing process with third party company

·         协调第三方装订公司，安排公司财务凭证的装订

·         Support company projects/global projects/audits, ensure daily work meet Audit & Internal control requirement

·         支持公司项目/全球项目/审计，以确保日常工作达到审计及内控标准

·         Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

  ·         经理指派的其他任务

Education:

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related 本科或大专学历，财务或会计专业

Experience:

·         At least 2 year’s accounting/auditing experience  至少2年会计 工作经验

·         Experience of working in Foreign Invested Company/JV/Multi-national Company is preferred 外资/合资/跨国公司工作经验尤佳

Skill and Competency:

·         Good communication skill良好的沟通能力 

·         Good team player 良好的团队精神

·         Work indenpendently独立工作能力 

·         Have a certain sensitivity to numbers对数字有一定的敏感度 

·         Careful, responsible, upright, honest, steadfast处事细心，负责，为人正直，诚实，踏实 

·         Proficiency in both spoken and written English 

·         熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达 

·         Good command of MS office software application, especially Excel 

·         熟练应用微软办公软件，特别是Excel

 ·         Accountant certification
