职位描述
负责一般工业化项目（除白车身），要求有丰富的项目经历，熟悉但不局限于：打磨、码垛、焊接
- (一) 市场
1. 协助销售部进行市场调研、预测与分析，协助制定公司的市场定位、策略与计划；
2. 协助销售部进行市场推广，展会参展计划及实施；
3. 负责收集市场产品技术有关资料、市场竞争分析、市场的发展方向。
4. 协助销售部制定公司的销售计划。
(二) 规划
1. 负责对客户进行售前的技术交流、技术演示、技术答疑与技术澄清；
2. 负责公司销售过程中的技术方案制定；
3. 负责公司的项目的成本核算；
4. 负责公司项目《技术协议》等文件的起草、组织评审等，按授权进行技术条款的协商、协议签订，并跟踪、协调其实施；
5. 对项目部、设计部进行后续的技术方案支持。
(三) 管理
1. 部门内部的合规管理；
2. 部门内部成本的管控；
3. 部门人员日常工作报告；
4. 部门内部标准化作业建设；
5. 部门人员的知识技能培训；
6. 公司方案成本库建设。
